Institutional Services
Inventory Assessment
For Colleges and Universities:
As a part of the accreditation renewal process, colleges and universities need to give account of the facilities and musical resources available to students in support of the degree programs. Yamaha Institutional Sales Group (ISG) along with Carlson’s Piano World help our higher educational clients in assessing all of their keyboard instrumental assets at the College of Music or Department along with the performance and recital venue(s). A comprehensive report is generated from this extensive project that will provide a full assessment of the condition of the instrument inventory, along with recommendations for maintenance, acquisition, and rotation of instruments in accordance with the institutional goals assessment and proposal.
Goals Assessment and Proposal
For all institutions:
As proven and trusted advisors to institutions, we are dedicated to consulting with our clients regarding their specific short-term and long-term institutional goals and objectives. We carefully consider their financial constraints and time limitations. With this information, we create tailored proposals for instrument and equipment acquisitions.
On-Site
Demonstration Event
For all institutions:
For institutions exploring a new building or major changes to their existing musical assets, we offer on-site piano demonstration events. Based on the needs and interests of the organization, a tailored presentation will be crafted, and the acoustic, hybrid, and/or digital pianos will be brought to the institution. The comprehensive presentation will be given to the appropriate stakeholders and even an audience. While entertaining, the demonstration will provide the institution with a full view of the capabilities and value the products can bring towards achieving the institution's goals.
Musical Solutions for Every Musical Need:
Through Carlson’s Piano World and Carlson’s Music Center, our institutional clients have access to all Yamaha® acoustic, digital, and hybrid keyboard instruments, rhythm instruments and amplifiers, pro audio, and recording equipment.
